Explanation

Wind, animals and water are classic agents of seed dispersal (anemochory, zoochory and hydrochory respectively). Fungi play no role in dispersing seeds; they are decomposers or parasites and do not carry seeds to new locations. Hence fungus is the agent that does not contribute to seed dispersal.
