Explanation
The United Nations Carbon Offset Platform, run by the UNFCCC, is an e-commerce platform that lets anyone compensate for greenhouse gas emissions by purchasing UN-certified carbon credits. Companies, organisations and individual citizens can all buy these credits to offset their carbon footprints. Hence all three — 1, 2 and 3 — can buy them.
