Explanation

The Mulamadhyamakakarika (Madhyamika Karika) is the foundational text of the Madhyamika school of Mahayana Buddhism, and it was composed by Nagarjuna. Asanga and Vasubandhu are the principal exponents of the rival Yogachara school, while Dharmakirti is a Buddhist logician of a later period. Hence Nagarjuna is the author.
