Female participation according to data: (1) Increase in participation of women workforce e.g. PLFS data (2021-22) female LFPR - 30% LT (2) Only case of female in STEM courses 43% ( highest in the world) (3) Shortages in pay for women e.g PLFS data Pay gap between men and women decreased by IY.
