Port infrastructure has significantly transformed : 1) turnaround time at ports has reduced from 94h to 52h between 2014-2024. 2) Increase in greenfield port development as evident from recent approval for Vadhwaan port. 3) higher logistics efficiency through use of technology in loading unloading goods.

To further improve India's port infra - further government has come up with Major ports authority Act 2022, mortgage Udyam Kaal 2023, etc
