What are the new cyber threats posed by the illicit use of Generative AI? In the light of recently signed Bletchley Declaration, how can India beef up its cybersecurity structure against these threats posed by AI?

Generative AI is applied to the answer aval with other, capable of creating images, videos, pictures, sound tracks etc with the help of AI. Cyber Threats of GAI: (1) Deepfakes => manage porn, manifesto doctrinations etc. (2) Cyber kidnapping => digital voice speech infused into kidnapping ransom demands. (3) IPR issues => GAI is able to generate content that kind to IPA violations. (4) Threat calls => voice dubbed calls for ransom, fees etc => financial frauds (incurred by 75% from 2015 NERC)
Bletchley Declaration signed by countries like Britain, USA, EU, India, China, Japan for the regulation and global governance of cyber threats from AI. Cyber security measures by nation: (1) Legal demarcation of cyber threats due to GAI => At present, only IT Act partially addresses the new cyber threats. (2) Cyber security task force => comprising ministries from Meity, NiB, army, legal experts etc (3) Technological upgradation of existing infrastructure to demarcate and distinguish deepfakes. Thus, addition of cyber security to the current list of the schedule, will help in enforcement of India's fight against cyber threats.
