Freedom to select courses and multi-disciplinary interactions. Focus on practical holistic evaluations instead of rote-learning. Eg: UK's => learning field evaluation. Transparent and autonomous governance of higher education institutions. Eg: USA => giving voice to values => call out unethical behaviour. Therefore, to improve India's rank in international education and increase inter-operability of work force, higher education reform is imperative.
