(3) Role in Israeli-Palestine conflict (with good relations) (4) mediator between two alliances West:- USA & QUAD, cost, Russia and BRICS (5) Other initiatives:- DSA, LDRA & new IMEC & bilateral Allining This is said by Antonio Guterres that country to global problems lies only in global solution arranged in multilateral ways.
