(2) Mental: getting isolated with urbanization & nuclear families. (3) Emotional: loss of partner or others. Reminiscence of old age: x Rural urbanization of old age: 70% old age people in rural areas ---> low health care facilities.

(4) Healthcare: General expenditure (2.5% of GDP as per NHP 2017) decentralized manner in sheds, thus helping India keeping one economy.
