Enemies of intellectual humility: (1) Pride => heightened sense of self. (2) Negligence => mistakes and incomplete information. (3) Vanity => perception about superficial strength => also doesn't let one accept their weaknesses. (4) Ego However, it is healthy to be reminded of one's weaknesses, but that should open new gateways to learning.
