Our actions are result of morals (inward laws of values), ethics external, and laws (by state). Moral actors belonging to "outward" court: (1) Not stealing, not on hitting anyone because of laws such as IPC, BNS etc. (2) Burgling laws would result inJail/Fines etc.External (social exclusion). (3) Social cohesion directs us to act in particular way to be "more" Respecting elders, group solidarity. Moral actions belonging to "inward" court.
"There is less court about above all courts, that is 'conscience'" - GANDHIDirect us to act in a way which gives us moral pleasure. (1) Helping a poor woman to make her learn about Jan Dhan Yajona. (2) Internal laws of values help us direct been to act when as there is no laws. (3) IAS Yume Armstrong built people's need in Manipur without government fund. (Value of compassion). (3) Inward court is the pillar of ethical society, because it creates a bottom-up approach of ethics.
