SDG4 are set of 17 goals for a dream of world we want to see in 2030. Their admission calls for urbanization making the 3rd tier of governance = Panchayat as pivotal. Role of Panchayat for grassroot development: (1) Local planning via Gram Panchayat Development Planning GPDP to ensure equal context. (2) Identification of rural beneficiaries for Government Allures (4) Ayushman Bharat, UJJWALA Yojana body to SDG3. (3) Participation of leadership with other players like Corporates, NGOs to fulfill SDG15 Environment. Local issues taken up: (1) Land of healthcare = Demand for primary care by Panchayat = fulfilled by Rile Panchayat. (2) Situation of poverty: by developing local work, Skilled & employment. Role of Panchayat for Sustainable development: (1) Provide sustainable give practice: like 'dali Faad campaign' to insured water intensive crops. (2) Protect forest by agro-friendly and consideration. (3) Check on mining by permission for mineral excavation. (4) Deal with Tiger aerial conflict (SDG15). (5) Promote decentralised 'Labor Stan Mall Bills' = SDG13 Climate change.
