India should navigate divisions by: (1) Emerging as a leader of Global South as matters work in reforms (2) Develop discourse for reform; with slide mixed Mayors (6) 64/99 for UNSC reform (3) Using leverage of India's market: to persuade big powers (4) Leverage made of Institution Building: like ISA, NDB made BRICS. (5) Use Non-weaker groups: like SCO, BRICS as a leverage India has the potential to solve reforms. As today World wants to listen to India and wants to be seen next India. (as often in G20 letters).
