Do you think the Uniform Civil Code contradicts the idea of religious pluralism and cultural differences in Indian society?

Article Recently, Indian government was contemplating the implementation & effect of Uniform Civil Code an Uttarhand State Government implemented it at state level. UCC - contradicts pluralism: 1) India is nation of unbelievable diversity. - over 700 tribes & unit in India alone 2) India is land of all major religion of world with equal constitutional protection under Article 25 etc of Constitution 3) Bringing uniformity in ground law, contradict religion of different religion - limits Muslim - Bohra upon 4) No single legislation like UCC can allow or amended of diverse practice 5) Violates the principle of equality

religion, & freedom 6) Won't capture the unique different of different culture 7) Lead to historical litigation & judicial poppin However, UCC executed become: 1) Body under police -> against patriarchal nation of different religion - single flag 2) Reform in religion -> Indian secularism model allow if religion reform & have been justified - for women 3) Upheld universal human right -> create basic safety act of human right problem 4) Article 44 of constitution they provide it under 'Directive principle'. Therefore, UCC can be implemented existing & Constitutional obligation but only under multi stakeholder approach.
