Parliament expresses the voice of opposition. Under the opposition, ideally defined as leader having second largest number of MPs on per salaries as allowances of leader of Opposition Act. (2) As ideologically parties are not much different - leads to identity politics, dissent and opposing voices ensure circulation of ideas to get better policies.
