What do you understand by rule of law? Explain how this idea is reflected in the Constitution of India.

There are two concepts just in 'rule by law', while second is 'rule of law'. The earlier is used as a tool by a person who is above law to legalize other, while the latter believes everyone is below law and being legislated by the law. 'Rule of law' in Indian Context:Article 13 makes all the laws violating rights as unconstitutionalArticle 14 provides you equality of all in the eyes of law • Thus, all the persons in India are below law and equal in eyes of law
