Indian Constitution & Liberal democracy: (1) Article 325 provides for Adult franchise and Article 324 for free and fair election in India. (2) Article 19 provides citizen with freedom of speech & expression critical for liberal democracy. (3) Supreme Court time and again highlighted that liberal democratic principle are part of basic structure [PULC Judgment]
