Indians interpreted their federalism is the basic structure of the constitution. Judicial interpretation of union's authority to assume control of state's administration by judgment in consent of centre's power to impose president's rule in the state (Art RSC). President's rule imposed by governor is subject to judicial review. Government should have reasonable reason to take over state administration and dismiss state government. It stated some situations where it could be justifiable & not justifiable. Misadministration can't be the ground for President's rule.
