CAG should be appointed by PAC and made answerable to it both to avoid delays in publishing reports 6. Provide more legal, technical experts to PAC to assist NAs in studying financial accounts (eg: appad of ICAD) 6. CAG should ensure that all reports are ready in time bound manner and available in easy-read manner.
