However, despite the success there are some loophole as MANREGA: i) Food asset Quality - is substandard (highlighted by CAG audit). ii) delay in payment - is sometime by ISYAs. iii) Minimum wage skills flouted - is in states like Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand. Since MANREGA sonet passed for all rural ills, therefore Govt. to pressing on other areas like: a) Self-employment -> MUDRA, Start up India. b) Skill development -> Skill India Mission, PMKVY.
