Civil society organizations play a pivotal role in realizing collective private action for the public good. What challenges do they face in Local Resource Mobilization (LRM) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)? Also, suggest measures.

CSOs (Civil Society Organizations) are voluntary organization which supplement the government effort in development. Challenges for in Local LRM. (1) Lack of efficient Human Resources. (2) Coordination and aspirations missing from local population. (3) CSR funds attached with condition, this reduces autonomy in its utilization. (4) Divergence of funds in anti-rational activity. (5) FDI Amendment but regulating of expenditure.

Measures to improve (LRM & CLR) (1) Including the local population in decision making. (2) Coordination and coordination with local government specially from cable. (3) Transparency in the fund distribution to ensure trust. (4) CSR funds should be utilized based on developmental need of area. (5) Surveyed cooperation with central and state government to reduce any chance of construction. CSOs role in Umsai importance.
