Constitutionalism can be defined as the process of strictly following to the provisions of constitution. Following Rule-Law (Art 14, equal protection of law), Upholding constitutional morality (Sabrimata case - equality war given journey over personal law), Social harmony, No discrimination in making electoral hall & ensuring a name (Art 325), Inclusive democracy (participation of women, SC,ST through reservation in PRE Act 843-D), People's Right to vote as constitutional Right (Art 326), Universal Adult Franchise (All by loyalty)

However certain challenges are there Elite capturing power Dynastic politics & Nepotism (Dynast politicians & Nepotism) Identity politics (White bank politics based on architecture/ideals, like Caste, Region etc.) Thus constitutionalism becomes an imperative way to adhere to constitutional norms and is a study democratic country.
