Article 200 Provides for reservation of State bills by governor for the consideration of president. (1) When bill is regarding Inter-state trade or commerce. (2) When it affects the powers of high courts. (3) When governor thinks it is necessary for presidential conduct. (4) When a law or Constitution Specifically prescribes for it. Positive Impact: (1) Protects federal spirit: Decisions which affects other states or National interest as reserved.
