Benefits of ONOE: (1) Resource staying: (2) Effective administration for full 5 years benefit. Disputant of office for police force & be better managed without hindrance. They can be money & employed at natural right place.

Limitations of ONOE: (1) Fusing of National and regional issues during election. Can affect voters behaviour negatively. (2) Reduced accountability: Through multi-election leaders are in touch of people. (3) Opposition from states not ruled by ruling party of centre. (4) Constitutional hurdle: Amendment of term lengths of houses in both centre & state. Way forward: Law commission: It should be done through including or increasing length of state assembly. ONOE can be a game changer but multi-stakeholder consult & not forceful implementation should happen.
