Civil Society refers to not for profit organization, not affiliated to any government and includes the lifes of NGOs, private trusts, charitable organizations etc. Challenges in Local resource Mobilization: (1) Non supportive attitude of general public (2) Youth not involving in social sector (3) Fake NGOs: due to this fear public is reluctant to donate (4) Lack of trained professionals (e.g. financial experts).
