Represent government is all cases in Supreme Court of India. Despite the above powers AGI has many limitations. Though many limitations exists but AGI has been given many rights as well. AGI is an office of utmost responsibility for government of India but he is not fulfilling Counsel of the government all does not fall in category of government servant. Moreover he is not barred from private legal practices.
