(2) Reforming archaic laws like Indian evidence act, 1872, IPC, CRPC etc. (3) Providing free legal aid to poor in person (Article 39A). (4) S.C. directed courts to not set the bail amounts too high. (5) Filling vacancies in police and judiciary. (6) Using technology to speed up process. (7) Alternate dispute resolution like Lok adalah, Gram Nyayalayas etc. Right to speedy trial is a fundamental right as held by SC in Humaning Khatoon case. Justice delayed in justice denied. Above reforms should be taken on war footing basis to solve issue of under-trial.
