Steps taken by the government in this regard: (1) Passing Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 & protect citizens of government's data (2) Framing & security protection cyber security by KAVET programme. (3) Strengthening mandates of NCLAT & CPI handle such cases. (4) Ensuring coordination & cooperation through intelligent sharing & preparation. (5) Digital sabhadish Adhyayan for Digital Analytics. (6) Relatedly declaration for AI. (7) GPAD organized in India & signing of New Delhi Declaration to strengthen immune, data vignus peaceful handing to ensure India's foldable standards to all values.
