E-governance refers to use of Information and Communication Technology ICT in delivery of government services. While e-governance issues cost and thus, and improves efficiency, its benefits go much beyond that. Thus, a dedicated focus towards digital literacy along with cyber security measures is needed to make Digital India and e-governance were effective.
