Steps taken by Government -> (1) Digital Data Protection Act 2023 DDPA ensuring privacy of individuals data is not used arbitrarily & without consent. (2) IT(digital media style code) 1999 ensuring data is not misused & requires of social media consent. (3) Digital Broadcasting Bill 2025 -> it ensure data security & authority & privacy consents. (4) CPURAMS. Privacy is a Case amet of data governance and its upheld nature is quintessential.
