Indian Constitution focuses on preservation of Indian diversity and include all people into the democratic exercise. INTEGRATING ALL: (1) Linguistic differences - which constitution promotes Hindi (A.343), it also institutes state to provide instruction in Mother tongue under Article 350A. (2) Religious diversity is policed via freedom of religion under Articles 25, 26, 27 & 28 and promote their institutions under A.29&30 (3) Social inequalities of caste and class are tackled by special provisions under Article 15 and 16 to provide for affirmative action.

4The democratic structure includes various political perspectives under Article 324 and universal adult suffrage. Promotion of uniform civil code under Article 44. (5) Protection of regional aspirations via asymmetric federalism under Articles 371, 371A, etc for special provisions of new states. (6) Tribal interests focused by 5th & 6th Schedule - a time-consuming process of decision-making -prejudice conflicts - eg anti-Hindu movements - skill conduct prevent insurgents - eg Kashmir, Nagaland - Communalism still prevalent - eg Godhra riots, Gujarat Viols. (7) Separate civil code - Hence, the Constitution should focus on 'unity in diversity' perspective which is only possible through Sabha Sabha values dabka prayer.
