Ideals of parliament realised (1) Socialist - PRSP based schemes & programmes to provide goods & services a MGNMS & NFSAfood security (2) Secular - upheld the rights of minorities b Art 29 & 30 - Minority edu Institute ME (3) Sovereign - Foreign policy - Strategic Autonomy c Uranium clause - India neutral (4) Democratic - 18 LS elections & numerous state legislations electing & elected reform by EC1 (5) Republic - Head of state - amongst the people b Ram Nath Kovind & Prez Murmu - SC/ST President (6) Freedom - Immense Inroads - Due process of law is wide interpretation of Art 21.
However, there are shortcomings: (1) Socialism - 17% of population own 37% of wealthlarge scale poverty (biggest obstacle) a MMP - MNDP (2) Secular - communal politics & atrocities + violence a onslaught more 34/13 (3) Sovereignty - I (4) Democratic - reports of malpractices & corruption - ring of politics - democracy under called Flawed Democracy (5) Republic - repetition in politics still continues b return of Rajiv Gandhi, who held no prior post to PM position (6) Liberty - sedition Law (§ section 124 A) etc & freedom asset absent (7) Justice - vulnerable sections - LGBTQ+ no right to write etc Thus, although more achievement, still a long way i.e. g.o. to achieve ideals of constitution makes in conclusion
