D Traditional patriarchal society, which was barred for women political participation will be overcome by compulsory reservation. I It will strive to give equal opportunity in terms of criticism from empowering them. G Increased representation will ensure well deliberated gender sensitive policies.However there are challenges in it: I The Act will be implemented by post west census and delimitation, as the new 2021 census data has not been published. D There is no reservation in state legislative councils, which will again out as barrier of equal women to wider politics by nomination. J Lack of access to resources, decision making autonomy and political knowledge etc, which are the result to patronized policy of equal participation. however, with dismantling patriarchal society notion are effective implementation of the Act, will truely ensure fair participation as well as empowerment.
