Administrative Challenges (1) Non devolution of powers by state to LSG, only implement as implementing agency. (2) Regular elections, based redrawing of boundaries, lack of independence of state ECs.

(5) Use of technology → AI for monitoring work, Blockchain for recordkeeping of land transaction. (6) Independent & powerful Mayor in urban localities.
