LIMITATIONS: i Recommendations are only advisory and not binding. ii Lack of funds and infrastructure. iii No constitutional status. Conclusion: Children are considered the future of our country (demographic dividend) and so measures must be taken to strengthen NCPCR for improving their efficacy.
