Good governance refers to delivery of goods and services through quality service delivery ensuring ART (Accountability, Responsibility/Transparency) in governance. Good governance is accountability: 1. Accountability for quality of service delivery and shortfalls social audit in MNREGA 2. Ensures grievance redressal mechanism via CPGRAAMS / Sevet-ham model 3.
