The pace of justice is severely restricted by the poor judicial infrastructure in the country. Do you think creation of a National Judicial Infrastructure Authority of India will be able to improve the quality of justice?

According to Economic Survey, judicial delay have led to losses amounting to an as much as 1.5% of GDP. With a pendency of about 4.4 crore cases, justice delivery requires an overhaul immediately (Law Minister). Role of poor judicial infrastructure in hampering pace of justice: 1. WiFi Routers, Cameras, Projectors ➜ aid compensation, e-Courts and live-streaming 4. Increase benches ➜ Judge-to-population ratio can improve 5. NITI Aayog also recommended the same The creation of NTJAI will definitely help courts, justice delayed, which is the same as justice denied.
