Article 14 and 21 are enshrined in Part-III fundamental rights of the Indian Constitution which give equality before law and right to life respectively. Other dimensions and steps taken for constitutionalization of environmental issues:- - Enactment of environment protection Act. - Recently, SC said, "Forest" under laws is hardly be treated as dictionary meaning of forest and not as per record as to protect non-roofing forest. - Judiciary is an way to help us achieve SDG(3).
