B Socialist ideals: b) Poverty alleviation => BPL basis Talcum b) PM JAY => Health & social security etc C Secular ideals: Freedom of religion (Art 25-28) b) Religious diversity in India D Justice, liberty, equality, fraternity b) Freedom of speech & expression Sheriya b) Right to Reputed life (Meneka Surya (Amulti Case))

b) Legislations against immorality, lower caste violence etc Not fully achieved: A Illiteracy as only 74% of population literate (Census 2011) B Communalism and religious divide (by Muzaffarpur riots) C Neo-liberalism and capitalism leading to inequality (by Oxfam 2025) > 1% people have 65% of wealth in India D Women subjugation (against A29 case) => Glass ceiling, low wage, gender-gap E Caste discrimination: Volume against Dalits, manual scavenging (32% of them)
