Problems faced: a Big career offers taken time to keep its fruit. 6 years is too small to judge the performance. b Funding from government ministry was late and took so much time. Example: VIT didn't get funding after 6 yrs. c Lack of integration in system. Projects and proposals are given bad and leads to wastage of resources. d Obsolete gives and machinery are too costly. e Lack of proper planning by the beneficiary institute. f Delaying the process due to COVID-19 lockdown. Solutions to overcome the hurdles: a Creating a proper plan of action by institutes to implement their scheme. b Involving experts from other country to mentor the institute. c Availing the technology through government subsidy. d Increasing the participation of professors from institute. They can lead a certain field under the plan. e Revamping the process of funding from ministry and department. National Education Policy 2020 envisage to create Indians who are well educated. IoE is in the lives of it, however there is requirement to use more well guided path by forming implementation plan.
