Article 75(3) provide for collective accountability of executive to legislature. It is assisted by Parliamentary Committee (Congress in work - Woodrow Wilson semor). Executive accountability through Parliamentary Committees: 1) Financial accountability: by parliament standing committee by Budget comittee PBSC. 2) Delegated legislation accountability by delegated legislation committee ensure ascendence to legal provision (Article 17) Act Rules. 3) Public Accounts committee help by CAG ensure scrutiny of various scheme @ pm away and CAC Audit-lapse by PAC insufficed - 4) Regulation of PSUs: in effective manner by public sector undertaking committee - 5) Detail scrutiny of legislation to prevent misuse of future power - Telecom bill sent to committee. 6) Use of expert: consulting to ensure executive scheme are implemented in robust manner. 7) Public consulting: to ensure feedback and provide report to parliament.
