Differences: (1) Allows keeping arms and guns for protection of life & liberty - USA. In India, guaranteed by Supreme Court, stringent laws against personal weapons. (2) USA - Includes human, legal and other rights as well. India - Fundamental Rights. USA | India (3) Rule of law - procedure established by law. | - Procedure established by law. (4) Right to property - It has now become a legal right under article 300-4. | Supreme Court protects the fundamental rights. (5) Federal courts - Supreme Court protects enforce Bill of Rights. Thus, we saw some difference in rights guaranteed by USA and India. But they are largely similar in their essence & what they try to achieve. We need to continuously preserve individual rights to protect humans from discriminations.
