3. (Multilaterity clauses) - can ensure that India acts as Net Security Provider in Indian Ocean Region.

4. Establishment of BIMSTEC Secretariat and (Coastal) can enable union of CGAR (Security and alerts of all in region).

5. Connectivity - including (Taffa-Colombo rail link, (Kaladan) multi-modal project and (TMT) trilateral highway (India-Malaysia Thailand).
