Q.2) Discuss the role of the Aspirational Districts Programme (ADP) in achieving the twin objectives of enabling balanced growth and checking stressed migration. Explain how the Aspirational Blocks Programme (ABP) builds on ADP to further achieve these objectives.

Main Body

Aspirational districts program is led by NITI Ayog in 100 most backward areas to improve their livelihood, standard of living etc.

Role in :-

(A) Enabling balanced growth :-
