A.V. Dicey was a British jurist who gave the concept of Rule of law with an obscure focus on criticism of the most administration of contemporary frame. His rule of law founded on 3 aspects namely supremacy of law, equality before law & society as source of law. The aim was to bring everyone equally at portance of law. He is said to be building concept of R.O.L on ideas of Aristotle, which was essentially to give importance to law & not individual, in governance of society.
