Similarities between Ancient Indian Universities and Modern State-Funded Universities: 1) Both are sources of knowledge in common Goals and public Indian Values, Common Goals and public Indian Values 2) Allows students from abroad for studies eg Five Hours in Nalanda, 3) Both are supported and founded from State eg Dharmshala donated 200 villages for Nalanda and Buddhism, 4) Both are the most sought after for teaching
