In the initial enacting level of Constitution, right to property was crowned among freedoms lists under Article 19(1)(f). However, its position has since evolved due to tenets public intent.
Original Constitution - Articles 19(1)(f) & 31, guaranteed sight to acquire, hold and dispose property
by Articles 31A, 31B - added via 1st & 4th Amendments introduced to protect land reform laws from judicial review.
by 44th Amendment (1978) - repealed Articles 19(1)(f) and introduced Art.3 CCP - 'no person shall be deprived of his property save authority of law.'
by Shifted from individual liberty to public welfare orientation.
Conclusion
Limitations: Sovereignty - border disputes & claims. Socialist - Oxfam Inequality Report figures (1% hold 40:1 wealth). Justice, liberty, equality – judicial backlog (em 50r cases), measure of addition laws gender pay gap (34:1). Fraternity, secular – politicization of religion. Communal violence, hate crimes while challengers persist, we must renew constitutional morality to ensure Amrit Kaal by actualizing spirit of Constitution.
