Recently China ensued success of all mediated diplomacy by ensuring pact between Iran and Saudi. It meant reestablishment of diplomatic relations and signing 1998 Security agreement. Constitutionality Morality refers to those values and ideas which are intrinsic to India's constitution and are its unmistakeable ethos. Eg. equality, fraternity, secularism. Art 324 of the Indian Constitution provides EC with powers of supervision, direction and control of elections for free and fair elections.
