2Inclusive increasing weightage of women and caste-based factors
3Aligned with goals - Reducing the compartmentalization of ranking (Yashpal committee)
4Usage of CSR funds for performance based corporate funding in ranking by Narayon Murthy committee on CSR
5Reducing political interference through legislated autonomous working system.
6Base it on international best practices eg Ivy league college scoring
