4Call of Conscience to uphold the dignity of employees.
Was I justified in writing to minister:
I was not fully justified in writing to minister as I have not taken other steps before going to minister.
However, if we ignore this procedural aspect, I was justified as the order passed by the head of my department was in complete disregard to the established tenets of ethical governance.
Revision of Head treats all the employee as mere means and avoid to look into the humanitarian angle to it.
